	Terms of Sale:		This domain will be sold to the highest verified bidder on or before 5:00pm EST on September 8, 2004. Promediary reserves the right to withdraw this offer or complete the sale of the domain at any time prior thereto. Verified bidders will be notified via email in the event that their offer is eclipsed by another bidder. In the event that two or more identical offers are in force at the close of bidding, high bidders will be given an opportunity to submit one final offer. The domain will be awarded to the highest bidder.
	Verification:		All offers must be submitted using the "Submit An Offer" link provided in the left-hand margin of each Domain Profile page. All offers will be voice-verfied at the telephone number you provide. If we are unable to reach you by phone, your offer will be disqualified.
			Your submission of a qualifying offer, as well as any subsequent offers thereafter, constitutes a binding Agreement between you and Promediary.com.
